DISPATCH TIMES

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

• North Island: 2–4 business days
• South Island: 3–5 business days
• Rural Addresses: Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor its journey.

Returns and Exchanges

• We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• If your product has been installed or used, it is not eligible for a return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
• If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can provide a replacement.

How to Start a Return

1. Email our customer support team at with your order number and photo attached and the reason for the return.
2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non Returnable Items

• Used or installed shower purifiers.
• Items purchased during final sale promotions.
• Gift cards.

Refunds and Processing Time

• Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
• It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
